Global Evolution Asset Management A/S. is a Danish management company authorized by the Danish FSA according to the Financial Business Act ( Annex 1, Part A, 4) to manage Danish and foreign undertakings (including Luxembourg funds) for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) and alternative investment funds (AIF).
The Management Company, Global Evolution Asset Management A/S, was founded in 2007 by professionals with an experienced and long track record in managing emerging markets and frontier market portfolios, derivatives instruments and alternative investment products.
As the appointed management company of Global Evolution Funds, Global Evolution Asset Management A/S is responsible for the daily management of the Fund and its sub-funds. This is done in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the CSSF's guidelines, the Fund's articles of incorporation and the instructions periodically received from the Fund's board of directors, including the investment lines of the individual sub-funds, as per the Fund's prospectus.
Global Evolution Funds Sicav
Global Evolution Funds is a Luxembourg domiciled Societe d'Investissement A Capital Variable ("SICAV") established in 2010 and qualifies as an umbrella UCITS fund with multiple sub-funds. The Fund is authorized in accordance with Part I of the 2010 Law. In giving such authorisation, the CSSF does not take responsibility for the financial soundness of the Fund or for the correctness of any statements made or opinions expressed in this regard.

Through the Fund's products, we provide clients with access to our investment expertise in Emerging Markets Debt and Frontier Markets, through a range of actively managed sub-funds.
Subscriptions can only be accepted on the basis of the Key Information Documents ("KIDs"). An application for any of the sub-fund's shares should only be made after having read fully the KID, the Fund's prospectus, accompanied by the latest available audited annual report and by the latest semi-annual report, if published later than such annual report and application form. The above documents are available from Global Evolution Funds' local offices, participating licensed financial advisors and institutions' offices or branches, the Management Company's offices or this website.
